With venues sprawling from the coast of the South-West to the heart of Northbridge, our venues are as diverse as each of their distinct personalities. Chef de Partie, Fleur

Fleur is a 45-seat dining room nestled within The Royal Hotel, showcasing local produce through a French lens.

We have a full-time role available (Tuesday to Saturday shifts) for a Sous Chef with

  • Experience in a high-end dining establishment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations rationally
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorships available)
